Customer Support & Returns

What is our processing/shipping time?

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows: 1-5 business days for orders within the U.S. and 5-15 business days for international orders. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to control the package's transit or delivery.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days, with some exceptions. Please see below for additional details. If you'd like to make a return or need to exchange a gift, please send us an email to myluxxbeauty@yahoo.com.

Important Notes:

  • Candles that have been lit cannot be returned.
  • Please retain all original packaging if you plan to make a return.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe arrival of returns. Unfortunately, broken or damaged candles will not qualify for a refund.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or cracked, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items sold on sale
  • Sample Trio Sets

Why I have not received my refund?

Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed and returned to your original form of payment. If you have not received your refund after this time, feel free to contact us for assistance.

What to do if my candle arrived damaged, defective, or if it was lost in transit?

Important Safety Reminder: If the glass is broken, DO NOT BURN the candle!

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days at myluxxbeauty@yahoo.com with pictures to request a replacement.

If a product is missing from your order or has been lost in transit, please reach out to us at the same email address for assistance.

Can I change the shipping information after placing my order?

If you need to update the shipping address for your order and it has not yet been shipped, please email us at myluxxbeauty@yahoo.com with your order number and the correct address. Kindly note that while we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee the change will be processed in time due to the high volume of orders and limited capacity to check emails during order processing.

Are you interest in carrying our products in your store?

We’re excited to offer exclusive discounts for larger orders! Enjoy 25% off when you order 8 or more candles and 35% off when you order 16 or more candles. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout when you shop directly on our website.

Yes, we do! We offer customization for product labels, candle scents, and designs tailored to your special occasion.

Important Note: Please ensure you reach out with enough time, as we require at least 15 days to process custom orders. Depending on the season and the quantity ordered, additional time may be needed to complete your request, as these items are fully customized to your needs.
